Description

One partnering contractor is being procured to provide the service and to operate within a Strategic Alliance with the Employer. The Alliance is known as "West Sussex Highways" and works collaboratively for the efficient and effective delivery of the Employer's service requirements and the Alliance's objectives.

The service to be procured will consist of:

• Annual programmed traffic signals, and VAS maintenance, refurbishment of sites and the installation of new equipment as required, throughout the highway network in West Sussex.
• Design and Delivery of schemes as defined by the Service Manger
