ITT: itt__31232 - UKAS Water Sampling Testing & Air Monitoring for the Great Western Hospital's Endoscopy and Sterile Services

The Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement for the provision of its UKAS water sampling services for the below repertoire of testing:

- TVC (Endoscopy)
- Mycobacteria (Endoscopy)
- Endotoxin (Endoscopy)
- TOC (Endoscopy)
- Chemical Analysis (Endoscopy)
- Lumen Sample Testing (Endoscopy Surrogate device)
- Instrument Bio Burden testing
- Air Monitoring (Endoscopy & Sterile Services)

It is the expectation that this contract will be let for an initial 2 year term with options to not extend a maximum term of 3 years in total.
