The Council invites bidders to respond to this ITT in accordance with Schedule 1-Service Specification which sets out the Council's requirements for a sector conference/entertainment venue specialist to prepare and submit a Two Stage scope of works, timeline and fee proposal to the Council in relation to a proposed new venue or refurbished facility in the City Centre.
