Description

St Albans City and District Council ("the Council") invites Tenders for the supply of construction and infrastructure services for the Christmas Market to be held in the grounds of St Albans Cathedral, particularly the Vintry Garden, Waxhouse Gate and Sumpter Yard in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

The Council wishes to appoint a highly motivated and experienced contractor who will work very closely with the Council and local stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a Christmas Market for the next three years.

The Tender is split into two Lots; one pertaining to construction and infrastructure and one to the provision of two marquees, stewarding and security staff. The Council reserves the right not to award either all or some of the elements of Lot Two.
