Description

UCL has undertaken a review of how Facilities Management is delivered across the UCL estate, and developed a strategic plan to improve efficiency and effectiveness of delivery and compliance. A consultancy service is required to deliver transformation activities across Soft Services and Hard Services, in line with the strategy that has been devised. A number of workstreams are envisaged across both Soft Service and Hard Services, with delivery of transformation activities planned for October 2020 to May 2021.

UCL is issuing a short Request for Information to understand the supply market that could deliver the transformation activates. We are keen for responses from specialist consultancies and SMEs that have experience in reengineering service delivery models and transforming facilities management provisions.

UCL does not guarantee that a procurement will follow this RFI, or that respondents to the RFI would be invited to any tender for this requirement.
