Description

NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG are changing the way we commission services for people that live in nursing homes.

We support around 1,600 people, receiving Continuing Healthcare or NHS-Funded Nursing Care, living in over 100 different care homes at a cost of around £38 million every year.

This Any Qualified Provider Procurement is for a two year period April 2017 - March 2019 with an optional extension for 12 months.
There will be no guaranteed throughput on this contract and will only be for new patients.
