Description

The successful supplier's will be required to provide a comprehensive mechanical and electrical service and maintenance contract for installations and plant located within Riverside House.

This service is required to be undertaken in accordance with the separate specification document included with this opportunity as:
• Appendix C - Specification of Works
• Appendix B - Planned Maintenance Programme
• Appendix F - Riverside House Log Book.
