Description
Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market seeking for the removal and replacement of all Play Equipment and Associated EPDM Surfacing at Summer Road Recreation Ground, Thames Ditton. To be considered, suppliers are expected to visit the site prior to submitting a detailed response to ensure they satisfy themselves with replacement requirements and submit an innovative response that could ensure compliance and value for money.
Approx. Surface area of the Play area : 420 M/Sq
The requirement consists of:
Removal, Supply and install of all Play Equipment and Associated EPDM Surfacing:
o Removal and replacement of all existing equipment including footings and fixtures.
o Removal and replacement of all existing EPDM surfacing, and Tarmac surfacing as required.
o Replacement Play equipment to include swinging, climbing, sliding, being high up, imagination and spinning.
