Part 1 A
On an annual basis, monitoring and reporting on the health, resilience and capability of Ambulance Personnel who are required to operate within high threat/risk situations as identified by the National Ambulance Resilience Unit.
Provide users in NARU and the Ambulance Services with an integrated web-based platform that enables all services to share information and learning critical outcomes / experiences with each other. The system should be capable of providing NARU and the Ambulance Services with the following applications that can be continuously tailored to suit requirements
PART 2: To provide the following bespoke services to NARU when required
Provide NARU with data collection and/or research services to support the collection of evidence to answer specific research questions and/or evaluate the impact of specific interventions in line with NARU strategic objectives
