Description

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) have had Funicular Cliff Lifts in the Bournemouth area for 100 years. The cliff lifts require constant Maintenance and repairs which is achieved through weekly and yearly inspections, conducted with our insurance provider Zurich.

Inspections have identified the wear of the main Chassis through corrosion and other effects. BCP Council are now looking to replace the Chassis to the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Lift, so that will be fully operational ready for the upcoming summer period .
