Description
The complete design, construction, fitting out and supervision to provide the following :- - Up to 160,000 sq ft new building development of Use Class B1, B2 and B8 units on a 7.835 Ha site. - 10 No various sized light industrial and storage units with offices and ancillary spaces, including lifts, staircases and toilets. - Mechanical and electrical provision to all units including externals. - Telephone and Data provision to the site and all units. - New site access road including footpaths, lighting and drainage. Car parking for circa 320 spaces including light and heavy goods vehicle parking. Unit refuse storage, motorbike and cycle parking. - Site hard and soft landscaping including paths and landscaping to the River Mersey frontage. - Extensive site and retaining works including integrated buffer landscaping to adjacent residential areas. New tree planting throughout. - New utilities to site including diversion works. - New site drainage with surface water attenuation to all roads and hard surfacing. - Enabling works required to clear existing site trees and ground cover, coordinating nesting issues and other environmental constraints.
