Description

i. The specific requirement details can be found in the Mini Competition documentation.
The project comprises of the Repointing of brickwork and terracotta copings on Oxford Street (West) elevation and Barton Lane (South) elevation. The lead valleys, gutters, chimney flashings, lead soakers and stepped flashing are all to be renewed. Internally areas of addled and damaged plaster are to be removed and replastered followed by isolated decoration to same areas
