Description

In November 2015, the Council appointed an improvement partner for Early Help to assist it in realising its ambitions to transform communities and build capacity through the delivery of the agreed Early Help strategy in addition to supporting the council to ensure that its internal services are able to offer a comprehensive 0-19 offer.

The initial phase of the project as enabled the Council to identify further improvements required to deliver its ambitious improvement programme and therefore is looking to appointed a provider that will be able to deliver the required improvements
