Description

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) will be tendering for replacement electronic patient record systems.
LPFT plans to have two lots within the tender:
Lot 1
An electronic clinical system to support Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) functionality
Lot 2
An electronic clinical system to support mental health secondary care functionality

LPFT welcomes tenders for either Lot or for both Lots from bidders.

Lot 1:
LPFT seeks a system that can deliver the national IAPT pathway whilst being configurable to match local need. The system must support the IAPT worker to follow the care pathway whilst recording all relevant activity both community and group based. The system must be compliant with the IAPT Minimum Data Set and have inbuilt support for the extract and submission of the dataset. The system must support interoperability with other systems and be able to interface with the Lincolnshire Care Portal project.

Lot 2:
For Lot 2 LPFT seeks a system that can deliver all mental health provider Trust functionality including:
- Inpatients
- Outpatients
- Community
- Daycare
The system must be compliant with the Mental Health Services Data Set (MHSDS) and Commissioning Datasets (CDS) and have inbuilt support for the extract and submission of these datasets. The system must also comply with all relevant legislative requirements relating to mental health and learning disabilities as defined in the Mental Health Act (MHA) 2007. The system must support interoperability with other systems and be able to interface with the Lincolnshire Care Portal project. The Trust are holding a bidders day on the 8th of August 2017 at the Alive Conference Centre, 22 Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1XD.
