Description

An asset based approach to devise and implement an innovative community conversation with identified communities to find out what is influencing excess weight as part of work to raise the issue more widely.
Using social marketing principles, the Provider will initiate and sustain a conversation that will uncover and distil what communities really think and prioritise about influences relevant to childhood obesity.
The Provider will propose and test ways to influence the various audience's behaviours through the project.

The Provider will review their findings and compare them to the Merton Joint Healthy Weight Action Plan making recommendations and amendments to reflect resident needs and priorities.
