Description
Haversham-cum-Little Linford Parish Council is looking to contract with a supplier to transform the play area. The play area as a whole is intended for use by children with ages ranging 0 to 14 years. Experienced playground suppliers and installers are invited to tender.
The contract includes the removal of existing equipment, bespoke design and installation and supply of new equipment and surfacing.
It is anticipated that construction work will commence in spring/early summer 2025 ensuring it is ready for use by the end of June 2025. Work may commence earlier than this as mutually agreed between the Parish Council and the contractor.
The Parish Council has a budget up to £100,000 for the project and all pricing received should be exclusive of VAT and in GBP (£). Pricing should be valid for a minimum of 90 days from the due date of the response. Prices will be fixed for the duration of the contract.
An email/electronic transfer of the submission should be sent to clerk@havershamlittlelinfordpc.gov.uk by 17:00hrs on 27 January 2025. Hard copies should also be sent to the Clerk at Beeches, 38a Winslow Road, Granborough, Buckinghamshire MK18 3NJ. Submissions are not to be hand-delivered.
