Description

The project aims to bring together learning and expertise from local schemes that help recognise carers and signpost them to sources of information, advice and support in their organisation and/or wider community. A toolkit and supporting resources will be developed to enable a range of organisations to set up or further develop their own Carer Passport schemes.
