Description

St Albans City and District Council is looking to appoint a highly-motivated, qualified and experienced organisation(s) for the provision of Commercial Agency services for its City Centre Opportunity Site South (CCOS S)

In order to successfully deliver the CCOS S development, the Council will seek tenants for the circa 50,000 square feet of commercial space being developed and constructed on this site. Use classes A1, A2, A3, A4, B1 and D1 are the range of uses within the commercial area.

The deadline for submission is 12:00 on 29th March 2019.
