Description

Bedford College has secured funding for a grant from the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme launched by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

As part of the works the college need to improve the quality of the data received for Electricity and Gas used across their portfolio.

The Scope of Works outlines the tender requirements of a project to ensure the college has a new metering system with a web/cloud based Graphical User Interface detailing half hourly data (Day +1) of all electricity and gas meters and also new sub-meters that need to be installed where main utility meters are not installed.

The contractor is to provide costs for installing new sub-meters where necessary and assisting the college in obtaining half hourly data from all existing utility meters, either by transferring responsibility of data collection or installing additional data loggers to the existing meters to ensure the data is fed into the new metering system.

The Tender shall also allow for the first year's subscription costs for the metering software and all commissioning and training required to train 3no. users separately in how to access and use the software.
