Melton Borough Council and Rutland County Council are looking to replace its Franking Machines via a 4 + 1 year lease agreement.

Melton Borough Council and Rutland County Council Franking Machine serves the whole Council and as such require a developed management and reporting system for optimal mail processing and reporting for recharging purposes to the departments. The franking machine requires a telephone line for the purposes of recrediting.
