Description

The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) wishes to develop its competency and capability for its staff in knowledge, learning and collaboration, through the development and delivery of a 'knowledge management' training course. The need is articulated through the requirement for 'Knowledge Management' as part of the ONR People Strategy. The organisation also faces a significant threat to its capability with the departure of a large number of individuals that have important & specialist knowledge. The requirement can also be seen as competency building and knowledge risk mitigation in recognition of the split of ONR from HSE.
