Arts Council England is seeking a Contractor to deliver a new survey of creative and cultural engagement and participation in England among children and young people aged 0 to 15 (or their parents and guardians on their behalf). We aim for the survey to be delivered at as geographically-granular level as possible. The high-level objectives we are working towards are: to measure and assess engagement with, and participation in, cultural and creative activities by children and young people in England; to understand the variation across different demographic groups and geographic areas; and to monitor and report on progress in achieving the Outcomes, in relation to children and young people, set out in Let's Create and subsequent Delivery Plans issued throughout the term of the strategy.
