Description

To purchase the on-going services of a Programme Director for the running costs of the city wide Stepping Up Leadership Programme.

The programme is designed to support learning and development of black Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) future leaders and contribute to a more diverse leadership landscape in Bristol. The programme has been piloted with BAME participants but is intended to broaden participation to other diversity groups.
