Description

Uttlesford District Council own the site which is situated in the former garden of 22 Mill Road. The construction on the scheme will consist of a new detached 4-bedroom, 7-person property including all associated external works to the rear garden as well as the driveway. This is stage one of the process to enable the Council to establish a shortlist of contractors for this process.
