Description

Lewisham Council (the Council) invites suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Tender for the mechanical works at Edmund Waller, Eliot Bank, Launcelot & Marvels Lane primary schools. The works shall comprise but not be limited to the following: Edmund Waller Primary School: Replacement of boiler plant within Block A. Intrusive inspections of distribution system within Block B. Replacement of heating distribution system and boiler plant room within Block E. Eliot Bank Primary School : eplacement of heating and hot water centralised plant within Block A. Launcelot Primary School :Replacement of boiler plant within Block A. Marvels Lane Primary School: Replacement of central boiler plant and heating system in Block B It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the service(s) in July 2018
