Description

The Coal Authority invites you to tender for the provision of monitoring landslide and associated mining spoil waste tips and surrounding properties at Blaencwm, Wales. The contract is being established to facilitate issues arising from past mining activities and natural ground movements delivering a high standard of works in terms of delivery, health, safety and environmental whilst providing best value.

The successful tenderer is required to attend site within a maximum of two hours notice of a public safety related event.

Please note it is a mandatory requirement that tenderers shall be experienced in landslide and ground movement inspection assessment and associated instrumentation monitoring analysis.

The Contract will be for the period 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2023 and the anticipated spend over the four year period is estimated to be up to £300k dependant on works identified on site.
