Description

In response to the anticipated growth in population in Welwyn Hatfield and a desire to plan and deliver effective community space provision that will improve and maintain the health and wellbeing of residents as well as aid community cohesion and inclusion, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is commissioning a Community Space Strategy which will provide an evidence-based framework for the future planning and delivery of community space in the borough.
