o Lot 1- This will include the development from completed Stage 3 Design, with Novated designer of new South East Stands, split as a 2 and 6 pack
o Lot 2- This will include as above, from completed Stage 4 Design, with Novated designer for Full area stand reconstruction in PQC (Stands 1R-8) to address PCN & PCI for 9 stands. Stand 9 is targeted bay replacements.
