Description
Hampshire County Council's internal Reablement team require a bespoke system to provide both rostering and monitoring capability. The primary objective is to provide functional data to ensure the highest level of safeguarding and safety to service users and also to provide specific data to aid statistical analysis on efficiency improvements. The Tender outcome will aim to provide an efficient, flexible and cost-effective solution.
in October 2022 this contract was varied under regulation 72 (1) (d) to include the following scope:
In order to utilise the system and give all carer's work patterns that match their contracts, development of the CareFor system is required. Without this automatic scheduling cannot be used as not all carers will have a work pattern assigned to them.
