Description
Gentoo Homes, a division of Gentoo Group Ltd, will soon be approaching the market to procure a small, general building Contractor to deliver repair works to recently constructed properties.
The Contractor will be required to provide a responsive service to the Gentoo Homes Customer Experience Team.
The works will include, but may not be limited to: general joinery repairs, boiler maintenance and repair, minor electrical repair, fault finding, minor drainage repairs, roof repair, ceramic tiling, plastering, painting, fixing of leaks, etc.
The works will be carried out to occupied, newly constructed properties throughout the North East.
