Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire are approaching the market with a tender opportunity for Beacon Case Managed Services for victims of crime within the county of Hertfordshire.

The Beacon Case Managed Service will be a service available to all victims of crime regardless of when the crime was committed or whether the crime has been reported. Individuals will be supported on the journey to recovery by case managed support dependent on the individual's needs and wishes.

The service offered and expertise available will focus on specialist provision to victims of fraud, victims of stalking, victims of sexual and domestic abuse, victims aged under 18 years old, and other victims entitled to 'Enhanced Rights' under the VCoP. The service will provide organisational expertise in supporting victims of crime to both cope with the immediate impact of crime and to recover over the long term that includes, but is not limited to: in-depth needs assessment, creation of a support plan, emotional and practical support and advocacy.

The initial contract term is for 4 years, with 3 x 12 month options to extend
