Description

This framework agreement is for the provision of clearing and cleaning services in void (empty) social housing properties, but not limited to: property and garden clearances; Loft clearance; pre/post-cleans; carpet cleans and the removal of rubbish, graffiti, pest removal, hoarded items, needle sweeps and electrical goods.

The removal and disposal of items fly tipped on Cannock Chase District Council (CCDC) land, specialist deep cleaning to dwellings and land as directed including graffiti and hazardous waste removal, garage clearances, de-canting residents effects to storage and return all under the management of Cannock Chase District Council.

The requirement is split into 2 separate lots. Lot one for clearance and Lot two for cleaning
