Description

The Home Office requires a DHR Readers Service ('the Service') to provide detailed written reports ('reader's assessments') on the quality of DHRs.

The Service Provider will be sent up to 12 DHRs every month by the Home Office for assessment. The Service Provider will then allocate the DHRs to readers employed/contracted by the Service Provider who will provide written assessments to be sent by email to the Home Office in advance of the QA panel meeting.

The reader's assessments will include information about the DHRs that will help members of the QA panel carry out quality assurance of the DHRs effectively. The assessments will also include a summary of key points to be shared with the CSP.
