Emtec Ltd are a division of Nottingham College.

You are invited to tender for Apprenticeship Residential Accommodation for commencing 1st January 2019 (remainder of year 1), with an option to extend for a further 1 or 2 years.

Estimated annual rooms required is 17,100 shared rooms for Nottingham area and 879 shared rooms for Slough area, there is a small requirement for single rooms 450 and 23 respectively, total estimate over the contract is ?2.5m pre Vat.
