Description
Hull City Council has a requirement for outsourced printing of Pay and Display Tickets for use on and off street parking and meter zone tickets. The reverse of these tickets needs to used by the Supplier to sell appropriate advertising to cover the cost of producing these tickets and to potentially provide additional profit on a shared basis with the Authority The successful supplier will be expected to engage with third party companies to establish the advertising. The Supplier shall sell space on the reverse of All Pay and Display Tickets (On and Off Street Parking) tickets for advertising. The advertising content must be approved by the Authority, who reserves the right to refuse any content it deems inappropriate. The advert must not contain short time limited offers. Longer time limited offers may be accepted at the discretion of the Authority. All revenue generated from the use of advertising content will be subject to a profit share agreement which will be reviewed by the Authority, as part of Contract Management through quarterly review meetings. It is expected that the service provider will be able to generate enough income to ensure that, at minimum, this covers the cost of producing these tickets and that some additional income benefits can be achieved for the Authority and the Supplier, on a shared percentage basis (to be agreed as part of the Supplier's tender submission). It is therefore expected that the provision of this service will delivered at no cost to the Authority.
