Description

Camau Cadarn / Positive Steps is a partnership between the British Red Cross (BRC) and Royal Voluntary Service (RVS). The project aims to support older people in Wales facing crises, to foster increased confidence, improved mental and emotional well-being, and enhanced participation and engagement with support networks and services. This is expected to lead to greater resilience in times of crisis and improve the ability of people to live independently in the community.
BRC and RVS wish to commission formative and summative evaluations of the project to independently assess its value. This will focus on the extent to which the project has achieved the outcomes it set out to deliver, including the extent to which it is strategically aligned to the key national policy direction, and the cost effectiveness of the project.
