Description

Dorset County Council is seeking tenders to establish a Works and Services Framework Agreement with suitable contractors for the Repairs, Maintenance, Minor and Small Capital Works (RMMSCW) for public sector properties in the county of Dorset. Some Lots of the same Tasks are broken down into geographical areas.There are 52 Lots in total. The framework will be available to partners and the value is given as a range due to variation of requirements, demand and use by potential partners.

The requirement is primarily for Dorset County Council and partners for the repair maintenance minor and smaller capital works to public sector properties within the County of Dorset.
The Framework Agreement will be open for use by the following classes and types of user throughout the County of Dorset: Local Authority Councils (including any trading arms); Parish and Town Councils in Dorset; Schools and Educational Establishments (including Academies and colleges) http://schoolswebdirectory.co.uk/leasearch.php?lea=Dorset https://www.compare-school-performance.service.gov.uk/schools-by-type?step=default&table=schools&region=835&geographic=la&for=primary ; Police, Fire and Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services.
Hampshire County Council have requested to have optional use of this framework for Lot 14 only by exception when they are unable to fulfil their requirements through their own domestic arrangements.
