Description

OPH Platform AIX Power Systems Refresh. This is a 5 year Call-off contract awarded via CCS RM6068 Technology Products and Associated Services (TePAS).

This contract will provide: A: Initial Hardware Purchase and on-going 5 year Support and Maintenance, and B: Migration activity.

This AIX activity is being initiated to migrate all AIX 6.1(& higher) workloads from Power8 onto Power9 servers and to consolidate existing Power8 servers for AIX 5.1 workloads and applications which cannot be migrated to the Power 9 servers.
