Description
The provision of Integrated Branding, Content, Creative Design, Communication, Video Production, Student Experience and Student Engagement Activation services.
The objectives of the service is:
• Brand articulation and brand expressions, which helps the student, frame their experience. Effective brand communication and activation can transform the student experience.
• Upskill the UCL Accommodation team on student experience and support with embedding student experience within UCL Accommodation as a department.
• To create a positive, unique, recognisable and consistent experience for our students.
Overview
The successful tenderer will be required to:
• Support the development and implementation of UCL Accommodation's brand, communication and student experience strategy to meet set objectives.
• Provide branding, content, creative design, communications, video production, student experience and student engagement activation resource, to be drawn up as and when required.
• Maintain all existing collateral and build on this as and when required.
• Display meaningful understanding of the subject matter/agenda in which UCL and UCL Accommodation operates and the challenges in the area of student experience.
• Provide evidence of previous experience in delivering such an integrated service within the Higher Education Institution (HEI) sector.
• Be conversant with restriction/requirements set by UCL and its student community.
