Description

The Council requires an independent market research company to undertake a research project to understand what key stakeholders want and need from a new and holistic Health and Wellbeing Service (HWBS) for Hertfordshire residents that integrates across all referral pathways and existing services for residents. The research company would be required to gather information from both professionals and residents to provide information to help develop a service that is produced with good consumer insights, is appropriate to meet the needs of specific groups, and also deliver what professionals want from a HWBS.
