The Council are seeking to procure a Rostering and Care Support Planning system which will help County Durham Care and Support deliver enhanced care management and support planning practices, service quality improvements, mobile care delivery advancements and reduced burden on DCC staff through the realisation of automated rota management / worker programming, real time staff recording and two-way digital communication.
