Description

1. Huntingdonshire District Council (the Council) seeks a construction company to build 7 Industrial units at a site on land owned by the Council. The site is adjacent to industrial units already owned by the Council at Alms Close, Huntingdon PE29 6DY.
2. The requirement is to build the industrial units to commercial standards suitable to lease. Planning permission is in place and drawings have been prepared together other supporting documents.
3. In addition, the contract will include diversion of sewers, external works, drainage and the provision of services.
4. A draft JCT intermediate building contract 2016 with contractor design is included as part of the Tender Pack.
