Description

Cheltenham Borough Homes are looking at the provision of an integrated IT solution which will consolidate current core housing management and asset management systems into one integrated system.
Processes include:
Asset management, Repairs and maintenance management including job costing and scheduling, Housing management, Leaseholder management, Customer relationship management, Community and resident involvement.
A new integrated solution will enhance our business capability with additional functions and features, including:
Interactive access for customers and contractors, Integrated data including electronic document management, Mobile working, Flexible workflow configuration to enable end to end system processing.
CBH aims to utilise standard IT system integrations to maintain a cost effective long term approach.
