Description
London Borough of Bromley invites tenders for the fit out and operation of a café in Crystal Palace Park, for a ten year lease. This unique opportunity also includes a licence to operate a mobile catering unit in the park up until the completion of the café building in Summer 2018.
The licence for the mobile catering unit will commence in December 2017, for eight months. The ten year café lease will commence in Summer 2018.
