•Internal and external decorations

•Replacement/upgraded lighting

•Kitchen refurbishment
•Dry lining/insulation

•Minor building repairs as fully detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Works.

The works also include the Contractor's design and construction of;
•Replacement Sauna and Steam Room installation

•Final, detailed design of electrical circuitry
