Description

CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF YOGA AT DEFENCE MEDICAL REHABILITATION CENTRE STANFORD HALL

The Authority has a requirement for the provision of yoga sessions to a wide variety of patients at Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre Stanford Hall (DMRC SH).

The requirement is the delivery of:

a. 8 x 1-Hour sessions each week that are adaptable to cater for the individual needs of the patients receiving in-patient provision from Upper Quadrant Rehab, Specialisation Rehab, Complex Trauma Rehab, Neurological Rehab, Spines Rehab, Lower Limb Rehab, Mild Traumatic Brain Injury and Vestibular Rehab.,

b. 5 Extra classes every three months for Mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and Vestibular Rehab (2 classes for mTBI and 3 classes for Vestibular Rehab)

c. Record participation levels for each yoga session.

d. Production of an effective Yoga Session Plan unique to different patient populations taking into account health and safety considerations.

Cyber Security: The MoD has a duty to protect itself from Cyber threats and now we extend this to Suppliers we engage with. As an extension of the Government's Cyber Essentials Scheme the MoD, working together with Industry and other Government Departments, have developed a more robust Cyber Security Model, under the umbrella of the Defence Cyber Protection Partnership (DCPP). All prime Contractors must have the cyber security controls specified in DEF Stan 05-138 (Cyber Security for Defence Suppliers), as appropriate to the cyber risk level specified in the contract.
