Description

Birmingham is changing....and fast! The second city is booming with a whole range of ambitious new development and regeneration initiatives. We are looking to appoint to a range of positions within the Planning Department to help shape our city for future generations.

Having completed a number of recent unsuccessful recruitment campaigns we are looking to engage a specialist recruitment company, who has a proven recent track record in the attraction and recruitment of a large number of Planning Officer roles

We are looking to work with a company who have a proven recent track record in the attraction and recruitment of large numbers of planning roles.

We anticipate that the role the companies will play will be to complete a candidate search process including completing competency assessments and short list quality candidates to be passed through to the hiring manager for consideration. It is envisaged that only candidates who fulfil the Council's requirements will be shortlisted. The agreed fee will be paid to the successful company once a candidate has formally accepted the offer of employment, following interview.
