Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has a requirement for the supply of Labour, usually with Transport and Equipment resources, to carry out highway maintenance, repair and improvement works at locations within the Council's geographic area. The services are to support the day to day work activities of the Council's Direct Labour Organisation.

The Contractor is to mainly provide gangs of two or three operatives with transport and equipment that will work independently or alongside the Council's Direct Labour Operatives.
Please note the estimated value is for the full contract period including extension options. The estimated annual value is £600,000 + VAT. This is based on historical usage and there is no guarantee of future usage requirements on the new agreement.
