Description

SCDC is seeking to appoint a specialist contractor for one year to provide urban design services on specific projects that can be called upon when required, to support Planning and New Communities.
The projects identified include:
- A New Town at Waterbeach ( 2 sites): Design code and Reserved Matters
- A New settlement at Bourn Airfield : SPD , Outline application, Design Code
- Reserved Matters application for Wing
- Design Coding for Cambourne West & Reserved Matters application
- Masterplanning Northstowe Phase 3: Outline application
- Masterplanning Mixed use Campus
The appointed contractor would be expected to provide a lead on placemaking in consultation and direction of the SCDC Contract Manager.
