Description

Cornwall Council (the Council) is seeking to engage with the care and support market to codesign Day Opportunities and Inclusion support solutions in Cornwall. These services are primarily focused on providing Day Opportunities and supporting the needs of adults supported by Adult Social Care (ASC) but may include young people in transition from Together for Families (TFF) services into ASC.
